So, here it is June 16th and the rain hasn't stopped. It is really starting to get me down. Pocatello has beat the record for the amount of precipitation for the month of June two days ago and the month is barely half over. Are you kidding me?
Well, we bought a new camp trailer at the beginning of June and we are taking it out tomorrow come hell or high water, which is exactly what it might be! We are hoping to get a few nice days, although with all the water we have seen I imagine it is going to be very muddy. I hope to get a ride or two in on the ol' dirt bike. ;-).
I have now been back to work for a while, which hasn't been too bad. My mom is watching baby, which is nice! The toughest part is getting up in the morning. I have to be up at 5:30 in the am to get to work on time by 8. I have to admit it is killing me. Courtney doesn't have any sympathy for me though as he has been getting up at 4:30 for the past 2.5 years. Although my disclaimer is that he has an hour and half bus ride there and back for napping. I do not. And I have to get all the kids ready to go. That is exhausting in and of itself.
I'm starving so I am going to sign off...and attempt to make something for dinner. Wish us luck on our Father's Day camp out.

Back to work
The day has arrived....tomorrow I will be returning to work after 8 weeks after the birth of MadiLynne. I'm a little anxious, I have to admit. My mom is going to be watching MadiLynne with the boys headed back to my lovely daycare provider, so there is no reason for me to fret. It is just that when I returned to work after my boys were born Court watched them, so I didn't care. Now my mom is going to know more about MadiLynne than me. ;-(. I think I will survive though, you don't you worry your pretty little head about me!
Aiden has been out of school for the past couple of days, we were able to go swimming on Monday with some of his cousins, and today we are hitting a movie before they spent the rest of the summer with LesLee. She does a great job keeping the kids entertained for the summer. I know they have way more fun with her and the other kids there then then would with me. She has one of the inflatable giant water slides. The kids just love it!
We went to the St. Anthony sand dunes camping for Memorial Day weekend. We were gone for 5 days. That is a dang long time to be camping in 24 ft trailer, 2 kids, a 6 week old baby, a brother in law and his enormous Great Dane dog Zoey. Wow! We had a blast though, and the weather was pretty much perfect. It would occasionally rain shower on us but that was okay. I will post some pics. I still haven't gotten the courage to get back in the trailer to clean it after the trip....all that sand! I'm sure I will fill the whole shop vac with sand when I get in there and get serious.
After that trip Court thinks we need a bigger trailer, so he is on the hunt. Too bad for him that he bought him a new dirt bike, so I told him no new trailer until he sells his other bike. Guess we will see how long that takes.
Madi is getting so cute, she is getting chubby and her little personality is starting to show. She is smiling and trying to laugh, she occasionally gets out a few chuckles.
Well, wish me luck for tomorrow. I will have to be up at 5:30 a.m. to get to work on time. Now to all those "rich site workers" that is nothing, but to the rest of us in the real world, it is going to suck!
